"I had a loaner delievered, so I did not go into the dealership, although I did pick up my car at the end of a long day, and when I pulled in, it was as though they were waiting for me - handed me my paperwork and keys and moved my "stuff" from the loaner to my car - it was very pleasant indeed! As to the work itself, everything seems to be fine - and while I had forgotten to mention to Matt that the map clock was also wrong, he still managed to reset it for me - which shows that attention to detail is not just what you say your people do, but they actually do it - no matter how small!
